We definitely recommend you going up the mountain, and if possible the tower. The tower sits on top of Namsan Mountain which at its self gives a good view of Seoul. The park on top of the mountain is filled with couples expressing their love for each other by hooking locks to the fences. But the most amazing view can be witnessed from the tower. There are several ways to get up the tower. One way is to buy a ticket for the observation deck. The other, quite a bit more expensive but really worth it, is by eating at the rotating restaurant at the top floor. The food is really good, the view is even more amazing but the costs are high. Expect to pay around 180,000KRW for a two person dinner. If you met the love of your live and you want surprise and impress them, reserve a table and prepare to get married within two weeks!
